Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit their manuscripts electronically (MS Word format only). The papers should be at least 6 pages. Papers with LESS than 6 pages including all figures, references and abstract will NOT BE EVALUATED. Papers submitted to the conference will follow double-blind peer‐review procedures. Accepted papers will be organized in parallel tracks of oral presentation sessions.

All full paper submissions will be evaluated based on originality, technical merit and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

ALL papers from the conference will be published by Springer: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering as a proceedings book volume indexed by SCOPUS. The publisher will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the work. All Papers should be submitted via the online submission system.

All submitted papers must use this template. If you submit your paper using the incorrect template, you will be required to resubmit it, otherwise, the paper will be desk-rejected. Please prepare your manuscript according to the following template:

Proceeding’s Consent to Publish Form

For the mutual benefit and protection of Authors and Publisher, it is necessary that Authors provide formal written Consent to Publish before publication of the Work in Springer. The signed Consent ensures that the Publisher has the Author’s permission to publish the relevant Contribution.

We hereby request the Corresponding Author to fill out the Proceeding’s Consent to Publish form with all the required information, and his/her signature on the last page. It is critical that the Corresponding Author includes correct info; doing so will prevent delays in notifications to authors.

In addition to the publication in Springer: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, selected high-quality papers may be offered for publication in ISI/Scopus indexed associated journals (details to be updated) subject to the compliance with the journal’s guidelines, terms, and conditions. Should any submitted paper be accepted by these ISI/Scopus journals, the author(s) of the paper selected is/are required to pay the associated publication fees (if applicable).
